Raise basic custom duty on aluminum scrap to curb imports: Industry
As part of its Budget 2021 suggestions, the Indian aluminium industry has sought Government intervention to curb imports by raising the basic custom duty on primary aluminum and scrap imports to 10 per cent from current 7.5 per cent and 2.5 per cent respectively.Read more
